Shipping policy

The products purchased will be shipped by Motostores to the address provided by the Customer. Each shipment is sent to the Customer via selected express couriers. Indicatively, without this imposing any obligation on Motostores and subject to product availability and any force majeure events, the goods will be handed over to the courier within seven business days following acceptance of the order by Motostores. Orders will be fulfilled only when all goods are available. Upon receiving the goods at their address, the Customer must verify the integrity of the packages. The Customer must ensure that any damage to the package is accurately recorded and noted by the courier, otherwise they will forfeit the right to assert any related claims. In any event, shipment constitutes delivery of the goods, which from that moment are no longer under the seller’s control.
