TCX RT-RACE BOOTS RACING

The DFC System is the recent innovation developed in the TCX® Research and Development Center, with the aim of offering an excellent balance between flexibility and protection. The structure consists of a special polyurethane compound that facilitates the natural flexion of the foot / leg back and forth, preventing the risk of torsion of the joint. The system features a polyurethane skeleton, firmly connected to the boot, through two hidden screws, positioned in the heel area, at the height of the malleoli. At the back, the system is equipped with two flaps that slide inside special "safety lock" pockets to allow controlled rear flexibility up to 13 °, thus preventing the risk of hyperextension of the joint. The polyurethane skeleton has a thin profile and a design designed to adhere perfectly to the quarter; the inside of the boot has a smooth surface, free of grip points and able to offer an excellent level of grip to the bike frame. DFC is designed to give the boot a high level of protection in the event of an impact; the polyurethane heel is in fact designed to absorb shocks and is equipped with rear slider and lateral magnesium slider to prevent friction and promote natural sliding in the event of a fall. - FASTEN FIT CONTROL (Lacing System) Internal lacing system connected to the lining of the boot through a fast-lacing, highly wear-resistant lace. The new design of the tongue, built in soft padded mesh, enhances comfort. This system allows maximum winding of the upper to the foot, respecting the different anatomies and ensuring maximum fit and greater sensitivity while driving. FRONT FLEX AREA In the front area of the boot, the technology of over injection on elastic material was applied. This innovative solution is designed to increase the hold of the foot and offer a high level of comfort and precision of fit. CLOSING SYSTEM The innovative closing system is positioned on the outer side of the boot. A side band in elastic material is enriched by the over-injection technology and combined with a zip to facilitate quick fitting and offer an excellent level of comfort in the foot / leg area. POLYCODE ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM Designed to offer a wide adjustment range, the system is equipped with an aluminum lever, micro-adjustable and interchangeable that favors the adaptation of the tibia protection according to the different anatomy of the calf. New sole, perfectly integrated in the design of the boot and built with a mono-colored, ultra-light and highly wear-resistant compound. The tread is designed to differentiated grip zones to ensure excellent grip on the footrests and, at the same time, the necessary freedom of movement while driving. UPPER: light and durable microfiber, front and side panel over-injected and combined with elastic material; padded back flex area; internal protection in suede leather to offer maximum grip.
